Park Across Wichita #1

Bryce and I decided to try and play at every Wichita park from Spring Break until school starts. Here we go!

Snowday 2013 #1

Today was Bryce and mommy's first snowday for 2013. There was so much snow! We had a mission to make a snow family but the snow was too soft. We decided to walk to Riverside Park instead. We were the first footprints most of the way. So much fun!

Circus Fun!

Bryce and I went to the Midian Shrine Circus last weekend. My dad was able to get us free tickets so I enjoyed it more. :). We had so much fun!

This year they had a main guy who came out randomly and did funny skits. His name was Johnny Rocket and Bryce loved him!

I can't wait until next year!

Christmas 2012-Banick style

Started with church's Christmas Eve service with Bryce belting out some cute a christmas songs a bible verses.

Then we headed to Grandpa Banick's for some gifts and family time.

First Official bike ride

Bryce got to ride her bike to the park for the first time this weekend. She loved it and is such a natural! I foresee some runs for mommy with Bryce's bike rides! Fit as a family!

Welcome to 2013!

I don't really do resolutions since everyone seems to drop them after January but I do have goals for 2013.  

Here they are: (in no particular order):

*Drink 8 glasses of water a day
*Exercise at least 5 times a week
*Train to beat my half marathon time last April
*Train for the Prairie Fire Marathon in October (This year or next, but it will happen!)
*Read the Bible and my Meditations/Daily Guideposts every morning
*End the day with some kind of exercise (Challenge homework, Strongmoms workout, a-thon of the month)
*Be happy and enjoy every day!

I hope you have a great year and can accomplish any goals that you have made!

On the eve of 2013...

Our New Year's Eve day started like any other "No School" day.  We woke up later.  We played. I read. Bryce watched Brave (for the hundredth time!). We went shopping with Kyle. We took a nap. We played in the snow!

We attended church in the evening. I love that we ended our year with God's Word. Bryce and I headed home after church to celebrate and Kyle went to a friends'.  Bryce and I enjoyed chocolate milk and puzzles. We completed all 10 puzzles that we own.

God has given us many blessings this year.  I'm looking forward to all that God has planned for us in 2013!
