I picked up Bryce from preschool and was told that she didn't sleep at all during nap time (This was a first!). They said that she is usually out in about 10 minutes and always sleeps the whole time. We have no clue what made her "not sleepy", but she seemed to be in a great mood. We rushed home and changed into her leotard for gymnastics and headed to the Y. We got there a couple minutes early and she was in a very silly mood. When it came time for her to go into the gymnastics area she started crying, holding on to me, and telling me she didn't like gymnastics. After 15 mintues of bribing and pleading with her from both Kyle and myself, we gave up and headed home. She was told that she quickly eating and heading to bed. She was fine with this until bedtime came. Eventually she fell asleep on the hardwood floor by the couch which I was working on schoolwork.
The silver lining is that she woke up in a great mood today and I got some super cute pictures of her before the meltdown!
We will be having sit-down talk about gymnastics soon and may have to cancel her next session...
